All event ticket sales are non-refundable. Ticket registration for the event closes June 1, 2021. **No tickets will be sold after this date, no exception.

The Event Registration is separate from your room reservations. Once you are registered for the event you are responsible for booking your own room.

The Resort room rates are $340.00 per night plus taxes and fees for Single or Double Occupancy. You will be sent a link after registration to book your room for the stay. *Room Registration Opens 2019.

There will be a charge of one night’s stay at the time that you book the room to hold your reservation. Rooms will go fast and are limited so book ASAP.

Room deposits are fully refundable if canceled more than 7 days prior to the arrival date. Rooms are single and double occupancy only. June 1, 2021, is the cutoff date for the room block rate. ***Pricing subject to change when allotted room block runs out.
