FAQ UPDATES MAY 2024

Hey my lovelies,

I know it's been a while since I've done an update of this section. It's been busy. However, I do have some updates for you. And as I've been getting more inboxes and emails with questions, I felt it was time to update over here.

If you're not following me on social media then you may not know my proofreader had an emergency and had to back out of several projects. This has made me stop to think as I had to find new proofreaders and change some things around.

I now have a list of professional proofreaders to work with who have years of experience as well as my other proofreader who has returned, but we have to acclimate to one and other and get into sync. In addition, I need to find where we are and what was lost in the mix.

Currently, one is going through my backlist as I go through to get back into the Legally Bound Universe. If all goes well, I'll have her do the rest as well.

For now she's working through Legally Bound 1, 2, and 3, Broken Soldier, and Where the Pieces Fall. This is important to know as I give updates. None of those books have changed much with the expectation of Legally Bound 2 which I did add to a little.

I'm doing a little more changing to Legally Bound 4 to see if I can get it to do more for me.

Now for answers to questions I'm getting.

Ballers Series

This one has multiple questions.

Part One: When does Cameron, Caleb Perry's twin brother get a book?

Cameron

When you ask about Where The Pieces Fall part two, you're not asking about what you think you are. There is no such thing. Most times you guys are asking about Cameron's book. His book is in the Ballers series. Cameron's book is Book 3. This is my next contemporary book going to Amazon. So you will see the release of Stay With Me on Amazon. Then I will finish the Iron Brothers and you will see this book in the middle of those or right after.

Life is lifing and a lot had to change.

Part Two: Will Ellerie get a book?

Yes, there are 6 books in the Ballers series. 4 more to go and Ellerie will fall in those 4 books. I have found the cover images and my designer has them. We're just waiting for an opening in her schedule. You will meet the others in this series in Book 3.

In keeping with the Legally Bound Universe Let's talk the Hush Series.

Hush Series

This series also has multiple questions.

Part One: I've been asked if Michael gets a book?

Yes, Michael has a book. He's book 3 in the Hush series. You will find out who he's married to in it. This book is still on my list for this year as of now. No more surprises and I'll get him done.

Part Two: Does Sammy get a book?

Yes, Sammy has a book and it's in the Hush series. Book 4. However, I think Logan and Misha need to come first. I'm not there yet. Although I have commissioned the covers for Misha's series. I should have more of an update on this in June/July. The alliance also should go before Sammy's book but after Misha and Logan.

I'm getting there. Let me clean my plate.

Part Three: I've been asked about Weston and Jordan and Next Gen?

I've been asked about the next generation to the Legally Bound series and it's spin-offs. For now, Sammy Mairettie and Jordan Black are the only ones I for sure have books planned for. Both are in the Hush Series Book 4 and 5. However, first will be Micheal Donati in book 3.

I have this series outlined but again it's a matter of timing and when I can get to it. One person, two hands, one brain. I'll get to it as soon as I can. I just want you to know I am heading for it.

Be Yours Series

I've been asked about Doctor Nobi, Mark, and Gavin?

This is where you will find Dr. Nobi, Mark, Gavin, and Rick from the Yours Series.

The series has been outlined, I have all the covers for this series, and I have done the re-read of the books needed for me to get to this series. However, this is also a matter of time, and the fact that I can only write one book at a time and I'm going as fast as I can.

I have opened the door to this series in Pieces of Trevor's Heart, but we're still working or way forward.

Please, have patience and show me some grace. If I push too hard we'll have nothing. If you relax and allow me to relax this becomes easy and I move faster.

Kings of New York Series

Part One: I've been asked about Brooklyn and Logan?

Yes, Brooklyn and Logan will have books. As will their brothers Jamie and Dylan.

Part Two: I've also been asked about Uncle Ronan?

He will go in this series as well. I already have the covers for this series and they're fire. I still have more prep work to get into this series but I should be ready by the time I get to this on my schedule. Again time and patience. They are coming. It will all make sense in the end.

The Alliance

All my thoughts on this part of the universe are still developing. Stick with me. I'm excited about what I know already. I'm tired of writing around this so it needs to happen already. LOL.

Misha: The Russian Connection Series

Does Misha have a book? Will we learn who he's married to?

Yes, Misha has a book and a series. You will learn everything about him and his wife then. You have met Vlad in Pieces of Trevor. You also know Czar from Legally Bound Special Edition 5.0 to 5.4 and 5.5. You will meet Alexie soon as well. All men of the Russian Connection. I'm going to come through. I've got you.

The Lost Souls Universe Answers

Lost Souls

I've been asked when will this universe start back up?

Guys, we have been in this universe for the last two years. A million to Blow and A Million to Stay are apart of the Lost Souls' world. As are Love Notes and Stay With Me. I'm working my way back into the Lost Souls NC/GA books. Cage and Rose are next. Thor will follow. Then Jackie and Grim and Reap.

There are two more chapters to this MC. NY and LA. I'm mapping out the universe and how it will all work, but I can move forward with books 4 and 5 and intend to as soon as I close the Blackhart Brothers and A Million to Blow Series.

Good thing is, you have two spinoff series already. A Million to Blow which will be complete in 2024 and The Moran Brothers to be completed by 2025. I also need to move Lost to Amazon as they all connects. These books all go before Kelvar, book 8.

A Million to Blow Series

I've been asked if there will be more to this series?

Yes, there are two more books. Cane and Wade still have books coming. These books are right after the final Blackhart books on my schedule.

The Blackhart Brothers Series

Where can I find the other brothers' books?

Here is the answer to this question. So I left the publisher for the first two books in the series. I wasn't allowed to publish another from the series for a year. I then acquired the rights back to all four books and decided to re-release books one and two when books three and four were complete.

However, this didn't work out for a few reasons. I then thought I could get one out every other month. Still not happening.

First, book one is back up— a new version with a different ending. This is the original version I wrote. Second, book two is getting a full make over. New plot, new characters, and ending. I'm rewriting the book to fit what I wanted this series to be originally. This will take more time so it's going to have to wait a second until I finish what I am already working on. Ballers 3 and the Immortal Iron Brothers. These are on my list for this year. Outlined and ready to go.

Destiny Series

I was asked about book 3 the final book in the series. Is it coming?

I was asked so rudely. I almost said never. ROTF. However, one person shouldn't ruin it for everyone. This is on my list for this year. It's one of the books I'm going to try hard not to pull if time gets tight. There are books I have to do, books I want to do, and books I need to do.

This one isn't on any of those lists. I have my priorities and I'm sticking to them.

Let me breathe and work. I'll get you all everything I can.

Black Bella

Nothing new here. LOL They still won't talk to me. I can't write something that doesn't talk.

This series was one of my first books if not my first. I'm a much different author. I think that's where the disconnect with the characters is coming from. I started this one during a traumatic time in my life. That could be why they don't behave. There are so many others who want to play with me, so that's who I play with. Someday. I will get to the two final books.

My hope is that when I go to clean the first book up with new edits, the series will speak up.

I also don't have the last two covers so that might be the problem as well. However, I'm not buying anymore covers until I publish the over 200 I have. So if that's the problem, it is what it is for now. LOL

Immortal Iron Brothers

I'm so excited! I'm back in one of my favorite worlds. I'm happy for this. I need an escape for a bit and this world offers me so much of that. I have all the designs for this series and the inside of the books. I can't wait for you guys to see.

I now just need to place them with a proofreader and crank them out. I've got this. I need to pivot but we're going to have some fun and trust God's plan.

Thank you all for following my journey. I know we've had hiccups and I've had to make some turns and shifts, but that's the publishing business. There's always a need to adapt. You as the readers don't always see why things change, but there is always a reason. This is going to be so much fun for me. I'm doing new things with the interior of the books and it's PNR! Do you know how much I love PNR.
